‘Tis the Season: Christmas in London

The day itself leaves London a complete ghost town – the only people in the city are tourists and those who can’t afford or don’t want to go home for Christmas. But the lead-up is an exciting time, and all the lights detract from the darkness of the season. I’m not sure how easily accessible eggnog is, but consider its absence a golden opportunity to indulge in mulled wine and mince pies as the Brits do. It’s all about hot chocolate, snowflake-printed onesies from Primark, and watching Love Actually. I’d recommend it 😉
